Affiliate & Renter Classes

We have a variety of renters affiliated with Devanadi Yoga using our sacred space for their own yoga classes.

Mondays 6:15-7:30pm | Vinyasa Flow with Anna Befort
Anna’s classes open, inspire and help all students grow in their practice while enjoying the community of fellow yogis sharing this sacred space. All levels.

Tuesdays 10:00-11:15am | Hatha Yoga with Lil Almstrom
Lil teaches a gentle practice with a little flow and longer holds describe this class for all ages and all levels.

Tuesdays 7:15-8:30pm | Yoga for the Senses: 6 week Series with Lauren Goldfarb

Touch. Taste. Smell. Sight. Sound. Know. The senses are the doorways IN to our bodies yet how often do you think about what you bring inside or let out those “doors”. Is that how you would treat a sacred space? In this series, we will dedicate each week to exploring one of the senses with a full yoga practice focused on asana (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation, and mudras. Bringing intention and awareness back to your senses will allow you to live in balance and well being, no more autopilot. All levels welcome. Registration required. Please bring a mat and a journal. Space is very limited.

Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm | Viniyoga™ with Laurie LoPesio
Laurie teaches the Viniyoga methodology of Yoga. Viniyoga ™ is a comprehensive and authentic transmission of the teachings of yoga including asana, pranayama, bandha, sound, chanting, meditation, personal ritual and study of texts. Viniyoga ™ (prefixes vi and ni plus yoga) is an ancient Sanskrit term that implies differentiation, adaptation, and appropriate application. All levels.

Thursdays 7:30-9:00pm | Mindfulness Meditation with Paul Jeannotte
Paul  is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher who has trained through the University of Massachusetts Medical School. This 8 week course helps people examine their lives in terms of health and wellness, stress, pain, anxiety, and ways to be more present. Class consists of formal and informal exercises that develop a mindfulness meditation practice that lasts long after the course ends. Participants also take part in a 1/2 day silent retreat.

Sundays 7:00-8:15pm | All Level Hatha Yoga with Jenna Heikkila
Awesome Sunday classes for the neighborhood with Jenna. Often a wait list. Contact her directly to learn how to join this friendly, inspired group!
