Level 3 Description
Prerequisite: Level 2 or other Thai massage training (must get instructor’s approval), plus 10 practice sessions from your last training. You may take any of Tanya’s Intermediate courses (Levels 3-5) in any order after completing Level 2.
Go deeper as we explore not only a variety of new techniques including advanced positions as well as variations on techniques you already know. Learn about the 5 elements, 3 doshas, and how to work with clients based on their imbalances through the study of Thai Ayurveda.
Students will also learn:
- New techniques for all positions
- Advanced techniques for the already flexible client
- Basics on Thai Ayurveda
- Thai vs. Indian Ayurveda
- The 10 Thai Sen (meridians)
- How to recommend yoga postures for a client’s post-care
- New healing energy techniques to detox a client’s energy field
- Basic Thai Herbalism
- Philosophy of Thai Spiritual healing
Cancellation Policy: For Thai Yoga Bodywork trainings, a $250 non-refundable deposit per training reserves your space. Full payment is due the day of the event. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the training, your payment, less the $250 deposit, will be refunded. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the training, you forfeit your payment.
Early Bird Payment Details: Pay in full by the early bird date to receive the early bird pricing or your registration will be updated to reflect the regular pricing.
Tanya Boigenzahn is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Tanya started practicing yoga since the early 90s and has been teaching since 1996. She has meditated since age 15, and has a daily practice. Tanya devotes her life to sharing the gifts of yoga, wellness and well-being with clarity, ease, and joy while keeping in mind the constant evolution of the soul.
