Private Yoga Therapy Session Rates $125 (1.5 hours) or $85 (1 hour)* Initial session is 2 hours long - $140 Read below for what is included in sessions. Available: Mondays 9:30am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 4:30pm Wednesdays 9:30am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 7:30pm A yoga therapy client needs of a minimum of 3 sessions in order to see significant results. The first session is evaluative and will typically include personal and medical history intake, awareness exercises to identify imbalances and other assessments depending on the condition. Yoga therapy sessions are customized based on the individual needs of the client. Yoga therapy sessions can include asana (physical yoga practice), somatics (simple movement exercises), breath work, guided imagery and more. Private yoga therapy sessions are beneficial for those suffering from stress, injury, mental/emotional trauma and disease. Yet each yoga therapy session is as unique as the client. Sessions are typically offered in my home and at Devanadi Yoga, but sessions in your own home can be arranged for an additional fee. The session cost includes more than the time spent in session together. Documenting information from the initial intake, documenting each subsequent session together, researching any conditions, preparing for sessions, and email correspondence all take consideration time in this private client work. Often times there is also time spent writing unique body awareness exercises, meditations, yoga nidras and guided imagery for private clients. These can be recorded for your personal home use for $10 - $15 per recording. *One hour option available after completing 3 sessions. What is Integrative Yoga Therapy?
