RETREAT DESCRIPTION:

Join Tanya Boigenzahn for her SACRED CIRCLE Fall Retreat in the NORTHWOODS of Bayfield, WI… a soul-filling retreat in nature as you escape from the busyness of the world and deepen your relationship with yourself and your practice.

We’ll explore your the beauty of the Teachings of the Sacred Circle – returning to Self, Source, Community, Nature and Family – in this amazing getaway from the constant turn of life set in the majestic beauty of the forest, Lake Superior, Apostle Islands of Northern Wisconsin.

With Tanya’s long-time background as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Tantric Hatha and Vinyasa Yogi, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Energy Work practitioner and educator, she’ll bring in all sorts of sweet, sacred rituals and mindful practices rooted in nourishing wisdom traditions that support our study, growth, and health.

We will practice yoga (all levels Tantric Hatha, vinyasa and restorative), meditation, chanting, plus Yoga Nidra daily, with a mix of supporting workshops that will bring together creativity, coaching, group-work, and service. Come fill your cup, grow your light and shine!

This retreat is open to all levels.

Your Retreat Includes:

  • Daily Yoga and Meditation Practices with the Sacred Circle theme
  • Beautiful Scandinavian Modern Lodging Accommodations
  • Full Use of Our Restorative Amenities including Cedar Sauna and Rain Room showers
  • Daily Healthy & Locally Sourced Meals supporting those to those with food sensitivities
  • A ferry ride and hike to one of the many beautiful landscapes along the Apostle Islands (Madeline Island) and/or Lake Superior north shore
  • Optional: massage with local therapist during free time (details provided closer to trip dates)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Pen/pencil and Journal
  • Any yoga mats and any props you feel are necessary for your practice – Wild Rice Retreat offers mats, blankets, blocks and straps if you prefer not to bring your own
  • Please bring any clothes for indoor/outdoor activities and anything that supports your comfort during yoga practices
  • Hiking or athletic shoes
  • Bathing suit for use in The Sanctuary Cedar Sauna Haus & Rain Room Showers
  • Eye pillow
  • Meditation shawl
  • Curiosity, intention and an open mind and heart

COST DETAILS:

Cost includes lodging, food, yoga practices, ferry tickets and tax

  • Treehaus Single: $1980 – Designed to promote creativity and community, the Treehaus offers communal living and dining spaces with four individual guest suites. Each guest suite includes a queen bed with an attached European-style bathroom.
  • RicePod: $2179A stand-alone cabin featuring two twin beds, the RicePod™ is the perfect place to cocoon into nature. Each unit includes a kitchenette, European-style bathroom, and front porch.
  • Nest: $2229Our most luxurious lodging type, the Nest offers separate living and sleeping quarters. Each Nest includes a king bed adorned in luxury linens, sleeper sofa, kitchenette and front porch.

All prices above are for Single Occupancy. If you wish to share your room (RicePod or Nest only) with your partner or friend/family member, please contact Tanya. There is no discount for sharing a room as the costs are the same for the retreat center expenses per person.

Down Payment: $500 due at time of registration to save your spot, non-refundable
Payment Plan Option: Pay your Down Payment to reserve your spot, then 3 payments on June 15, Aug 1, and Sept 15 (approximately $500 each dependent upon the lodging option you choose)

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by Sept 15, 2022. Any cancellations after Sept 15, 2022 will forfeit any/all payments made. The $500 down payment is nonrefundable.

Covid Policy

We will abide by the policies at Wild Rice Retreat Center as well as what is being required by the CDC and MN/WI State Health Guidelines. Policies are subject to adjust and change to adhere to such requirements and with the safety of all at the forefront.
