    Cost for Regular/New Students: includes Devanadi TT students/grads
    BOTH Parts 1 & 2: $775 ($850 after March 15, 2020)
    Part 1 Only: $412.50 ($450 after March 15, 2020)

    Cost for Indu’s Returning Students: You must have taken AYT/BYT or a 5-day training at Devanadi with Indu in the past – no early bird option but the cost is reduced for all options of the training

    Part 1 Only: $382.50

    Payment Plan: $200 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to hold your spot until 3/15/20 when we will run your balance due for Early Bird registration, or 5/1/20 for Regular Price registration.

Training Overview

  • Overview

    Marma is wisdom of sacred geometry of human body revolving around 108 points of lights. By studying Marma we become aware of the three divine wisdoms of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra.

    Understand how prana (life force), tejas (internal fire), and ojas (deep vitality) can be cultivated to regulate and support agni (digestive fire) for optimal health through the knowledge and application of 108 marmani.

    The study of marma is essential for an aspiring Yogin, Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic practitioner to deepen their understanding of the very subject bring insight and depth to their own practice.

    This is one of a kind training offered by Indu Arora. It is divided in 2 parts, each spread over a weekend. Each day has at least 2 practice sessions and has several opportunities for Q & A.

    You may either chose to attend Part 1 or both. Those who would like to enroll for Part 2 only must have attended and completed a Marma Vidya training by Indu Arora held at Devanadi Yoga or any other location across United States within last 5 years time.

    Day 2:  Marma Points in Six Shat Kriyas

    • Shat Kriyas and Five Apanas
    • Shat Kriya in Everyday Life
    • Technique to Practice Shat Kriya with Awareness of Marmani
    • Modification as per Dosha and Season

     

    Day 3: Ayurveda in Yoga Asanas

    • Ayurveda in Yoga: Marma Points and Dosha, Agni and Guna in Asana
    • Six Steps, Three Doshas and Five Pranas in Asana
    • Marma Points in Twelve Main Asanas
  • Part II: Sukshma Sharira- The Subtle

    Day 1: Role of Marma points in Subtle practices

    • What is the Subtle Body?
    • Tantra, Chakra and Marma Points
    • Role of Marma Points in Sukshma Kriyas (Pranayama, Pratyahara and Meditation)

     

    Day 2: Marma points in 5 main pranayama

    • Twelve Prana and Marma Points
    • Marma Points in Eight Main Pranayama
    • Modification in Pranayama with Marmani

     

    Day 3: Marma points in Pratayahara and Meditation

    • Pratyahara: the Most Forgotten Limb of Yoga
    • Two Pratyahara Practices with Marma Focus
    • 108 Marma Sthani Meditation
    • Tri Bindu Dharana
  • Details

    Pre-requisites: one of the following

    • Current student in a Yoga Program/ Ayurveda training
    • Completed a Yoga Teacher/ Yoga therapy/ Ayurveda training program
    • 3 year of Yoga Practice

    Take Home

    • Yoga Alliance CEU’s available fore Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teachers NAMA PACE Credits available for Ayurveda counselors/practitioners (will submit)

    • 50 Hour training certificate from Yogsadhna/Indu Arora upon successful completion
    • In-depth knowledge and experience on Marma points

Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of the session will receive studio credit less $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of the session start date will receive no credit.

  • Fees, once paid, can neither be refunded nor transferred. It is a non  negotiable policy.
  • No verbal commitments will hold your spot.
  • Audio recording available for purchase after course completion
  • 100% attendance / assignment submission for missed hours required to receive certificate
  • Early bird cannot be combined with any other discount
